Hey oogee, a very good post about Ring Oscillators. I found this link, on the left lists ASIC Foundry, some familiar names such as Global Foundries, IBM, TMSC and UMC etc. Each Foundry has developed a list of their proprietory size (nm). I did see 90nm and 110nm but nothing lists 100nm.

POET 100nm Ring Oscillator will be the Demonstration vehicle for performance and power at 100nm process node. A Reference standard to compare to Silicon CMOS.

Could the POET 100nm Ring Oscillator be developed by an outside source(s), or as a joint effort with POET, or just by POET stand alone?
