So.... what was the earlier claim of upto 10x speed (or there about) based on, if there was no ring oscillator test? Was it theoretical?
Or are there a number of methods of measuring speed performance but the ring oscillator seems to be the flavor of the day becasue it is a specific ask and particular to measuring inverter speed?
Its been mentioned that various end users have different specific performance needs (heat, power, speed, cost, etc). Not withstanding that POET has the potential to outperform on all fronts, which mega brand out there thinks that inverter speed is key to their needs over needs?
