Hi Sunny, - in deed the wafer supply is of high importance for the POET-technology. Freiberger is top notch, I know them quite well.

All these "old" 40nm fabs are still modern enough to demand at least 200mm wafers. Most existing GaAs fabs are using the small 100 or 150mm wafers.

Question to our Canadian and US friends: How is the supply over there? East Fishkill would need someone to feed the fish!
