It may possibly be due to other holdings within PNP having a hard time; KEK, ANY, SEV. And a little hang-over from the credit scare. Eventually, PNP will move due to Poets breakout but I would rather hold the gem of the lot and not play the PNP angle. JMO. Ciao.
