The question I have is why did they put this on their website? Were they concerned about transparency so better to just put it out there or is this part of the 'marketing' endeavour? Obviously they knew the meeting was being recorded but may not have expected it to become public. I believe CIC took it down as those that missed the meeting had seen it and no need to leave it for others to gain from. To avoid any issues of certain people / groups being privy to certain info, Poet may have thought it best to make it public on their own

terms.
