Over the longer term yes. During the first period however it would be preferable that the owners retain all their rights to the patents for the use that the products and patents might be contracted for. That would ensure that POET is able to contract for the true value it has created and if that means some exclusive rights so be it. Let the universal patent rights kick in as required.
