Has anyone else heard a reference to a POET 45 nm chip before this today (mentioned in the short Corporate Presentaion used for the CIC meeting, as pointed out by disco). I don't think I have, only 40 nm.

Interesting that the post by Sunny3999 (press release from Abu Dhabi about investment for new technology) mentioned the production of 45 nm chips in both facilities in Germany. with direct ties to GlobalFoundries.
