Thanks for the details Daf, I didn't know that there were multiple tiers for nasdaq. $2 is definitely doable, but I agree with those who feel NRE is the most important factor to guarantee such an outcome, short term.

I get the feeling many of you prefer to avoid a reverse split. Why? it doesn't trigger a tax event. I am under the assumption that, like a split, its almost meaningless in and of itself. Am I wrong?
