Does everyone remember what Dr Taylor said when he sold a portion of his shares?

Something to the effect that he will not sell another share until 2016... That definitely is something to think about. Why will he not sell another until 2016? Could it be, that is when the buyout is scheduled, or is it when the technology is full integrated into the industry, as the "go to" technology? Just something to think about before we all get "frothy " and such.
