IMO Fairchild Semiconductor may be involved with Poet, not only are they familar to Dan Desimone, but they have a facility in Portland, Maine which is about 180 miles from the Storrs Lab.

Fairchild Semiconductor had approximately $1.5B in Revenue in 2014.
