Do you think the interoperability of the PDK could also have a part in the delay? One can speculate Global Foundries (or BAE) is the mystery 3rd party Foundry to be announced publicly aligned with POET. But if POET is to diversify with mulitple clients, would the POET PDK need to be portable to other Foundries?
