BlackToad: Not to point fingers (Synopsys), but the PDK was bumped from Q4 2014 to Q1 2015, curious if we'll ever learn about the reason for delay?

While waiting for the lab2fab transition to complete, they decided to add a few more items to the PDK, quite likely some of those "novel innovations".
