Junkers, what you are purporting is that independent banks and investment firms are colluding against Poet and this is absolutely false (not to mention criminal). It may be true that there are in-house sales that occur from funds or investment arms within the same organization as part of their derivative strategy (TD may fit this scenerio) but definitely not between independent firms.
