Message: Industry Articles on Poet's website paint a pretty picture!

I was reading the industry article about Intel and it very clearly says "The most likely replacement for silicon is a III-V semiconductor such as indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs), though Intel hasn't provided any specific details yet."

Stephan says Poet is the only one as of the date of the presentation that has been able to achieve N and P type transistors on GaAs which is needed for Complementary Logic circuits.

I then cruised on over to Moores law has no end in sight article from september on their website, and it clearly says " However, POET has found a way to grow successive layers of InGaAs on GaAs wafers, each with a little more indium, until they achieve a substrate on which both n-type and p-type transistors can be fabricated."

And then at the bottom of the page I see the comments from Scott Edler, I got a chuckle from it. I hope hes part of the 1.5 million outstanding short positions.
