Regarding Nasdaq, I think Peter Copetti made pretty clear what the precondition for going to Nasdaq is:

"We are also going to be planning a Nasdaq listing in June, and I would never go, with my capital markets experience, I would never go to the Nasdaq unless I had real partnerships in place."

That means: First comes a partnership, only then comes the Nasdaq.

However, since ring oscillator and VCSEL seem to be prerequisites for partnerships, in my opinion the timeline looks like this (sorry, you probably won't particularly like it):

  1. Completion of ring oscillator and VCSEL: end of March
  2. Testing of demo chips by interested multi-billion company (1 month): end of April
  3. Serious conversations with interested multi-billion company, eventually followed by a partnership (2 months): end of June
  4. Announcement of partnership: end of June
  5. Share price surge to Nasdaq level: end of June
  6. Application for Nasdaq listing: end of June (90 trading days period begins here)
  7. Nasdaq listing: end of October (provided the share price behaves)

I would also speculate that the AGM will remain at the later date and take place in August or so again.
