I do recall Peter's comments, aspiring to the Global Market's Nasdaq Tier, from last years AGM.
That said, I had an email exchange with Chris Chu just last week regarding this topic. I was questioning him on Peter's comments during the CIC presy, where the Global Markets timing criteria within context of a June uplist timeframe did not seem to be doable - this was Chis' reply:
"The NASDAQ tier is going to be determined by the bankers and Nasdaq not the Company ... There's virtually no difference between Nasdaq tiers - they are all quarterly reporting filers ... Investors don't care. No one should care. You go onto whichever market your market dictates. Capital markets are for early stage companies - if you list as a sub billion dollar company it's capital markets."
Note - All three comments came from different emails, but materially were from the same thread.
