I worked for a company that had 700 cell phones that their employee's use, some of the bosses had two or three phones so they always could have one working and would charge then sometimes 2 or 3 times per day, business cell phone is a large part of cell business too, and I know some of our bosses would kill for this kind of phone.
As far as ad targets go, remember if you want to sell something to a family, sell it to the kids first. So if you can get people to want a phone that they only need to charge twice a week, they will soon get the industry to change.
Industries change their products because their customers tell them they want something different, not because they have nothing better to do.
