In all my DD, I've come to the conclusion that we won't be making a processor, am I correct?

We're licensing the process and the basic building blocks of a processor, VCSEL, RF, IR, IF, quantum dots all done with on our integrated chip process, correct?

For example, we've made a process for a 40nm gate and the transistors but we're not making a complete processor are we? I think some on the forum might be confused, or am I?

That would be left for a company like AMD/ARM/Apple/Intel/Qualcomm?..
