a "service provider" provides service. *they* serve *me*.
that's *my* policy.
ultimately, if they don't want follow my reasonable instructions enough to demonstrate that they don't value my business, there are enough competitors to welcome me with open arms.
I guess that's called not being a sheep.
conversely, if they were the ones paying me money, instead of the other way around, I'd obviously be the one to cater to them.
