Well, the usual confusion with the US dot 1.000 and the European Komma 1,000.

Interesting should be if these figures are cost per fab or cost per technology (all fabs).

The cost per chip design should not stand for all the chip designs of one technology (as we heard at the CIC that the mask set for one FinFet chip is 100 Mio USD) !
