I agree with all stating that:

1) Something big must happen soon in order for us to list on the NASDAQ by the stated June/July timeline

2) Reverse Split is not an option without further momentum to propel the stock higher once on the NASDAQ

That being said, if this is the case, we should be expected significant NEWS in the coming month (in my opinion - CEO anouncement; followed by Milestones; followed by partnerships) otherwise this timeline is not a valid one.

The question is, why would Peter be so convinced that a NASDAQ listing by June/July is attainable (without an RS)? My only conclusion is something is going on behind the curtain we don't know about. Otherwise, if I were Peter, I wouldn't be so keen to make such bold statements. Alternately, as already mentioned on this board, I just hope that this time PTK sticks to timelines. Not having done so in the past has hurt our stock price in my opinion. Underpromise and over deliver!
