Strictly on a chart basis this has been a bad investment since it peaked last April. We hang on to every word and release with a religious like zeal. However its not the announcement thats important but the way the stock reacts. In almost every case we get positive news it bounces then drops again to a lower price. If you did not know the fundamentals of the company or its potential the chart says there is a problem.
