I believe you are asking the wrong question. It is not if he is lying, it is can he deliver what he claims to be able to do so. So, if he was not able to deliver revenue in 2014 then will he able to do anything else he claims to be able to do?
He is the CEO, he is the one in best position to know or best estimate when a deal may be done. This is already 3 mos into 2015 and still no deals.
