Page 10 has breakdown of options. PC has 3,000,000 from 2012, another 300K from 2013. Total=3.3 million if I read this correctly plus 100K shares that it appears his wife Karen Copetti actually owns beneficially (Note 5 on page 6). Option dates broken down further on page 11.]

Who knows what the actual price was when he bought. I don't think it's a big deal he may have been making the point the SP was that low at one point and he still decided to come on board.
