The timelines last year were attached to the 100nm, but the demand from industry evolved our Milestones to 40nm... kind of a big deal... not so easy to accomplish... Oh, and they went ahead and threw in a VCSEL and Ring-Oscillator for the hell of it...

Ajit coming on board would of delayed everything as well, he's definitely there to make sure POET does everything the way it should be done, just like AC.
