Since OPEL Solar Inc. is a defunct, what happens? Are they patents just re-assigned to U of Conn and POET Technologies?

Wouldn't POET leaving things this way (for now) allow them additional stealth? They can always correct the ownership record after general knowledge of POET is allowed to break out.
