The "Imaging Cell Array Integrated Circuit" was:

Filed September 11, 2013 & Issued: March 12, 2015

It would now fall into the "Patent" category not "Patent Pending"

There's roughtly a 2 year delay until it's "published" in public record. They're adding patents all the time, let's remember the "new" patent was filed in 2013, it takes a long time for patents to go through the system as "pending".

Who knows what we'll see approved in 2017!
