You can't just go poaching people willy nilly from other companies either.

I mean you can, but it's bad for relations/business.

Also, it might be beneficial to keep the contacts we have in other companies right were they are for future plans.

They are looking for III-V people as well, not necessarily what Ajit has been working on for the past 5 years.
