The usual patent fees, even for this bunch of patents, is not dramatic. This is their business as usual.
Problems can occure if one of the big guys would set their lawyers on them. This in deed could be one of the risks left for POET.

But - I am sure Ajit has the right strategy. Poet will be clever enough to look for strong friends - the other big bys can and will protect them!

So my 2 cents: I do no worry at all! If one company would dare to attack POET, it will loose face and the battle. Someone then will eat their lunch - completely.
