Message: Here we are on March 20

Just some thoughts before heading out to enjoy the weekend. My mom used to always tell me to keep my fluid levels up, so I think I will focus on that when I get home. Enjoy your weekend, and here's hoping for a good week for PTK coming up.

1) Some might think why the delay in getting a CEO? In my opinion, Ajit already knew who the CEO was going to be when they announced they are looking for one back in November. Likely he knew well before that. I suspect the new CEO is tied in to a new partner, which is tied into the milestones. Just my opinion.

2) After the run up in SP (after the sad SP depression) it has held up very well. Historically the manipulators would have crushed it down with such low volume, this did not happen. It would not surprise me at all to hear that the new CEO has been granted options at $1.40 - $1.50.

3) Bottom line is that everyone has an exit price, including the management of POET. Safe to say this will not come cheap in a buy out. Hard to say what such a price looks like.

4) We believe in the technology, which will be disruptive, no indication to the contrary, and many others will soon know as well. How soon? Could be Monday, could be a few weeks, we will find out. There will not be just one significant event, there will be a series of them.

5) Regarding Joel, he must understand the POET technology much more than Ajit or Dr. Taylor etc., OR NOT, enough said. I would recommend not informing Joel about anything he is not aware of (with POET), let him read about it like many other "journalists". Let him read about an invention with GaAs p-type transistors or GaAs with Indium. Of course he could have already read about this, but obviously has not. This does not matter one bit.

6) We could thank Joel for his statement that CMOS requires both n-type and p-type transistors, perhaps we should pass this information on to Dr. Taylor in case he did not think of this, OR NOT.

For all of the POET longs here, good luck!!!
