Well, not everybody.

I for one never commented on RR nor did I comment much on CEO search as such. Mentioning any names before POET Technology does would be highly speculative or should I say wild and baseless guessing. I am refraining from that and I won't pay any attention to others' guessings.

By the way, I am not taking the timeline of the CEO search too serious. While it might be easy to find some shiny figure, it will be much harder to find someone who fits 100 % (or more :-)) to the requirements. In my opinion Ajit will not be looking for someone bringing in a bunch of totally new ideas, someone who is turning the company upside down, but rather someone who will continue the company's current path and is in line with management's vision.

A less-than-ideal solution would be no solution at all. If no one can be found until end of Q1, so be it. It is never wise to act under time pressure. I could live very well with Peter remaining CEO for some more time. He has executed very well, he has vision and drive. It would be definitely much better to stick with Peter and continue searching than hiring someone half-baked! There is too much at risk.
