One of the sayings in investing I've always liked is "You bet on the jockey, not on the horse".

The final determining factor in why I originally invested in POET was their excellent management team. They have made solid decisions in the past, both here at Poet and where they have served elsewhere.

There are a lot of brilliant, talented people in the technology field just waiting for there chance to shine. I feel confident and at ease, that management will, or probably already has, found that person, and that the right moves will be made.
