So without doubt, anytime one sees the word, it speaks of harnessed power, of a major group of individuals or entities wanting to take charge, set policy and/or be leaders in their profession or industry or the like. Is PTK, in fact involved in a syndicate or consortium? Are they going to be involved in one or more ?
So one must be reflective and look at how the word affects PTK to their advantage and how best structured for the most benefit of and to PTK. One should also consider the fact that while there may not be anything clean and clear to the general public in the use of these words in news releases, there may be strong consideration made that a level of NDA could be invoked or in place where the issuing company have say in how its brought forward and how (if any) PTK and POET product would be identified.
Afterall they may still have long standing contracts in place and may not want to upset that applecart. At least until absolutely necessary ?
One could muse that this would also give a company or a consortium or syndicate that has to follow disclosure rules that PTK does not. Additionally it would give them the time to work on niggly parts in the legal theater, marketing, etc etc. Without fear of exposing the real deal...."yet".
Still ......A highly intelligent solution to a highly intelligent set of product parameters and all the mechanics that go with developing it.
Its got my vote.....
