Yes, it seems to be consensus that BAE has been the fab facility all along, even though we kinda of knew that from earlier releases.

Not sure if you meant to say "fab" instead of "lab" in your question...?

As well, because of the "non-exclusive" statement, we know that there could be, and probably are, others.
