Just to get listed on the Nasdaq at $4.00 USD would put the sp at $5.-CA

And this is level #1 which I alluded to the other day. The Woolco club, the five & dime group. This is probably the most prevalent group here....willing to sellout an Intel type company for a quick buck. Or, 5-10 dollars. Not even worth the considering. Not ever.

A Nasdaq IPO could put a lot of money into the corporate coffers.

And I'll leave it with levels 2 or 3.
