At this point and IMO only, it won't be necessary. Agreed that it's 'outdated' if that's the right description, ultra conservative yes, but I have confidence that the team assembled at POET have a good understanding of what a reasonable valuation represents......and they'll have to know....cause its coming...just not sure who, when and how much
