Jets911: On the otherhand lets say someone (Apple, Samsung etc) makes a$20 offer (cash no shares) why would I accept that after hanging in thru all this risk since OPEL? Now that the tech has been vetted, verified by a third party, prototypes that are exceptional and of significant interest to credible buyers why would you sell UNLESS the buyer put their shares in as part of the offer? My sense is that I would vote it down and most people who believe in the technology would also. No???
Yes, why sell for just $20? While $20 might seem huge compared to today's share price, it is not even fair compared to POET's full potential.
As I said before, we should educate ourselves and our fellow shareholders what the true value of this technology is – and why –, so that only as few as possible and ideally nobody settle with less than adequate. I believe $70+ is a rought estimate of the order of magnitude, with emphasis on the +.
Low-ball offers? Being taken out for cheap? Just say no!
