Brightech: Assuming our interviewer knows all about POET may be a mistake. You know what they say about assuming. Would it be a good idea to ask Mr. Michael Hainsworth to watch the CIC idea for background information and reference?
Yes and no. Yes, it would be a mistake to assume Hainsworth knew all about POET. No, it would not be a good idea to recomment the CIC presentation.
Oh, wait, perhaps it would be a good idea, but I doubt Hainsworth would devote 45 minutes of his time to the presentation. Okay, after having watched it, he would surely admit that it was worth every second of it. However, before having watched it … you see the problem.
A better approach would be that Peter makes himself very clear what it is he wants to convey to the masses and then tries to find a way to use the interviewer's questions as starting points and then move over to his message(s).
