Yes Tanner is correct. The TSX will provide you with what shares are issued and outstanding at any one point in time. It will change as options and warrants are exercised from time to time. If you want to determine the fully diluted number, go to SEDAR and look at their financial statements. The notes to the f/s will provide sufficient information to determine what the fully diluted number will be which by my count stands at 222,773,548. The weighted average exercise price of everything is well below the current SP. This includes the options just recently granted to DeSimone which technically haven't vested so that's up for debate on whether they're included. The reality is that if a buyout is presented you can be sure these 500,000 from DeSimone will get exercised. So the number I continue to work off is $4.49 per $1B of value.
