It would be mere conjecture to state what is happening behind the scenes but I think that the completion of technical milestones has lead to some serious conversations as promised by our mystery customer.

You all know this already, but the lid is about to be blown off this cauldron of possibilities, and PC knows he owes his shareholders an explanation.
