You are correct about permanently, but 1.7 million shares is a fair amount over the daily volume ratio. Then if you throw in some very good NRs at the same time you end up with a runnaway freight train. We started at about $1.44 at the beginning of march and $1.84 at the end. Eventually you run out of margin room and the brokers start calling.
