Pureley speculation on my part but I discount any notion that the sudden cancellation of the BNN appearance has anything to do with the financials or Apple saying no. If Apple and Tony Blevins are now playing key roles the BNN appearance would have been agreed to before the committment was made.

My specualtion takes me further down the road to one of two possibilities:

a) POET management is in the latter stages of negotiating a major partnership agreement which probably includes a level of equity

or

b) A buy-out offer has been put on the table for consideration and further discussion.

Me thinks things are heating up faster thatn we maybe thought.
