This has crossed the minds of some before. It's been quite a while since the board announced their intentions to hire a permanent CEO. If discussions were anything close to advanced, what's the point of hiring one?

Also, would an acquiring entity not prefer to purchase all the outstanding shares on a Canadian Index, when the exchange rate gives them a 20 plus percent advantage?

I ask, because the NASDAQ listing has been desired for quite some time, and again, what would be the point if someone is getting more serious about POET?
