Those are regulations. Some one recently posted here new proposed amandmans so companies would have 120 days to get other offers. But current poison pill would give us about 120 days as well.

I dont see how market regulators would let such hostile takeover with no other offfers to hapenn or maybe i am just being naive.

Imo there will be no buyout at least not cash.
