For me it is obvious that - after beeing informed by AM about the potential of POET's memory capabilities - Mr. Lazovsky realized that the ReRAM-IP of Intermolecular will be on fire.

So best he can do is to change horses. An excellent move, valuable know-how, interesting contacts!
