I think we may be stuck with SI on the Board. Kick him off and he sells his position to a suitor, who may also buy in via Pinetree. I don't think we want that much control in one suitor's hands at this point. There may be complications with this theory as SI holds a great deal in his RRSP's, so selling his position will have implications for sure. Regardless, not sure the rest of the Board wants to take that chance.
