It's all a game... look at how many shares there are in total that have been up on the bid side and ask side.

They want to move to to 1.98 and 1.99, then 1.99 bid moves down to 1.98 before ask moves down to 1.99 so no trades actually happen. Given the numbers on both sides, it's laugheable that we have only traded 400k shares. Wait until they lose control and we see her run... that will be exciting.
