Some may have implied that competing bids may appear similar to an auction but I don't think you're going to see anything like a formal auction (bids will be much more complex with value being only part of the bid). Bids, if they actually materialize, will be presented to the Board of Directors for their consideration and, if they feel the bid warrants the consideration of the shareholders then the bids will be disseminated for shareholder approval.
