I was thinking about the BOD. I believe the reason that Ajit and Peter can cherry pick appropriate members of the board is because (among other things) sitting on the board of one of the most successful technology companies in the history of...technology ...will guarantee an extremely joyous retirement. Imagine if you were on the BOD of this company at a time we could call the heel of the hockey stick (blade to the left, shaft to the right... a.k.a. exponential growth curve). You would be able to cherrypick from BOD's of the most exciting and innovative companies for the rest of your life! Those companies would all what to have someone that was associated with the historical, world changing POET Technologies, when it went ballistic.

All IMHO of course.
