Why was the CEO going to appear on BNN in the first place? Many CEOs appear that have various constraints. So, if you are in a quiet period then what does that limit the CEO from doing? Can he go and talk about the company in general? How about things that they have including in their milestone updates? If he can't talk about certain things.... well then don't about it.
